- Amendments have been made to clauses 7(a), 7(a)(iv), 7(a)(vi), 7(a)(viii), 7(a)(ix), 12(a), 12(c), 12(e)(ii), 13, 14(a), 16, and 17.
- A new definition, Personal Information, has been added.
If you do not agree with the updated Licence Agreement, you can choose to discontinue using the FirstRate5 software, website and FirstRate5 Whole-of-Home and advise FR5 that you intend to terminate your Licence by sending an email to support@fr5.com.au.
Billing Update During FirstRate5 Transition to DEECA
From 1 July 2026, tax invoices issued for FR5 credit purchases will now display DEECA as the issuing entity and include the DEECA ABN. However, Sustainability Victoria may continue to appear on credit card or PayPal account statements for several months while the administrative transfer of banking arrangements is finalised.
